Every option includes the lot: design and build, your domain, hosting and security, professional email, your reviews and photos, and edits whenever you need them. Prices shown with and without VAT. If you're VAT registered you claim it back.
Local agencies' own published prices, added up the way you would actually buy them: £650 or more up front for a five page site, then £199 to £499 a month for SEO on top, then £50 to £100 a month for maintenance on top of that, and edits billed by the hour. Yes, and it's in the plans, not an extra invoice. Every site is built properly for Google from day one: titles, descriptions, mobile, speed, your area and trade on the page. On Monthly we check where you rank every quarter. On Grow we track it monthly, send you the report, keep your Google Business Profile active and add fresh content every month. Most local agencies charge £199 to £499 a month for that part alone.
The free mock-up usually lands the same day you get in touch. Once you've signed the one page agreement and the first payment is in, we send you the first version of your site to approve, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If we fail to get that first version to you within 7 days of your cleared payment, and the delay is on our side, you get the first payment back in full. Time we spend waiting on your content or approvals doesn't count.
On the one off plan, yes, everything is handed over on completion. On monthly plans we look after the site and domain during your 12 month term, after that the domain is yours and stays yours while you're a customer. It's all written in the agreement.
